How We Work
We work as an Agile Enterprise, delivering secure and functional software every iteration, providing transparency on the workflow, working hand by hand with our clients, building long term relationships with them as technological partners.
1-Introduction to BMC/Agile/Scrum/MVP
In this first meeting we explain how Ulfix works, and how collaboration benefits. If needed, we go through the Business Model Canvas to understand the goal of the project, in order to be fully aligned with it.
2-General requirements session
In this Workshop we sensitize about the importance of the requirements, then we explore the project as a team so we can obtain the most of them in a rough way
3-MVP session
Here we Talk about the advantages of a MVP and together we get a Minimum Valuable Product in order to release a first functional version of the project.
4-Inception/Kick off
We define all non fuctional requirements sa well as the infrastructure needed to deploy and we start the project
5-DevOps
Through the adoption of DevOps practices we are more effective, releasing working product every end of cycle, having complete transparency and collaboration with the client.
6-MVP/Project ends/End phase
At the end of the MVP/phase we start a new cycle for the next phase until we finish, together, the project.
